Dieses Gewinnspiel steht in keiner Verbindung zu Facebook/Instagram und wird in keiner Weise von Facebook/Instagram gesponsert, unterstützt oder organisiert. Facebook/Instagram steht zudem nicht als Ansprechpartner für Gewinnspiele zur Verfügung. Der Veranstalter dieses Gewinnspiels ist die motion events GmbH, die sich zur Ausgabe des Gewinns verpflichtet.
Der Gewinn beinhaltet den im Facebook/Instagram-Post genannten Preis. Eine Barauszahlung sowie Übertragung und Umtausch des Gewinns sind ausgeschlossen.
An dem Gewinnspiel dürfen nur Personen teilnehmen, die mindestens 18 Jahre alt sind und ihren Wohnsitz in der EU oder der Schweiz haben. Ausgeschlossen sind Mitarbeiter und Angehörige der motion events GmbH.
Das Gewinnspiel startet mit der Veröffentlichung des Facebook/Instagranm-Postings und endet am 14. September 2022 um 23:59Uhr.
Die Gewinnermittlung erfolgt per Zufallsgenerator binnen einer Woche nach Ende des Gewinnspiels. Die Bekanntgabe des Gewinners erfolgt über die Kommentarfunktion des Gewinnspiel-Posts auf Facebook/Instagram. Der Gewinner hat 48 Stunden Zeit, sich bei der motion events GmbH per E-Mail an presse@frankfurt-marathon.com zu melden. Meldet sich der Gewinner nicht in dieser Zeit, so wird der Preis neu verlost.
Die motion events GmbH behält sich vor, das Gewinnspiel zu jedem Zeitpunkt ohne Vorankündigung und ohne Angabe von Gründen zu ändern, anzupassen oder zu beenden.

This sweepstakes is not affiliated with Facebook/Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Facebook/Instagram. Facebook/Instagram is also not available as a contact for sweepstakes. The organizer of this sweepstakes is motion events GmbH, which undertakes to issue the prize.
The prize includes the prize mentioned in the Facebook/Instagram post. A cash payment as well as transfer and exchange of the prize are excluded.
Only persons who are at least 18 years old and reside in the EU or Switzerland may participate in the sweepstakes. Employees and relatives of motion events GmbH are excluded.
The competition starts with the publication of the Facebook/Instagram post and ends on September 14, 2022 at 11:59pm.
The winner will be determined by random number generator within one week after the end of the competition. The winner will be announced via the comment function of the sweepstakes post on Facebook/Instagram. The winner has 48 hours to contact motion events GmbH via email to presse@frankfurt-marathon.com. If the winner does not get in touch within this time, the prize will be raffled again.
motion events GmbH reserves the right to change, adjust or terminate the sweepstakes at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons.
